El-Gibbor Women in Tech Academy 

 international partner program based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, focused on equipping young women with skills in technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship to support educational access and economic opportunity.

Global Innovation and Mentorship Initiative 

 A cross cultural collaboration that connects educators in the United States and Tanzania to share best practices, professional development, and instructional strategies that strengthen learning outcomes and workforce readiness.

Annual Community Partnerships

• Toys for Tots Gift Distribution    Annual partnership providing toys and books to approximately 75 to 150 children through coordinated seasonal distribution efforts.

• Thanksgiving Food Distribution Initiative    Supports local families by providing food baskets and essential items during the holiday season.

• Back to School Supply Initiative – Distributes backpacks, school supplies, uniforms, and essential materials to help children and families prepare for a successful academic year.

• Quarterly Community Volunteer Days  Organized service initiatives supporting seniors, shelters, and community based organizations through coordinated volunteer engagement.

• Neighborhood Clean Up Initiatives     Local beautification and environmental stewardship projects focused on strengthening neighborhoods across Chicago’s South Side.
