Our Infant Program (6 weeks - 12 months)

At Evening Star Early Learning Academy NFP, our infant program is thoughtfully designed to support early development during the most critical stage of growth. We provide a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment where infants can grow physically, emotionally, and cognitively at their own pace.

Caregivers build strong, responsive relationships with each child through individualized routines, attentive caregiving, and developmentally appropriate sensory experiences that encourage exploration and secure attachment. We intentionally support early milestones including tummy time, sitting, crawling, standing, and first steps in a calm and predictable setting that respects each infant’s unique needs.

Families are active partners in their child’s development. Through ongoing communication, daily updates, and shared developmental goals, parents can feel confident knowing their infants are safe, supported, and thriving in a caring, structured environment.

Inclusive Care for All

At Evening Star Early Learning Academy NFP, we believe every child has unique strengths and unlimited potential. Each child deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported in an environment where learning and growth are intentionally nurtured.

We welcome and support children with diverse developmental, behavioral, and learning needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory differences, and language delays. Our inclusive approach emphasizes individualized supports and responsive practices to ensure every child can fully participate and succeed within a structured, caring setting.

Our educators participate in ongoing professional development through Illinois Workforce Grant programs and early childhood inclusion initiatives. This training equips staff with the skills and strategies needed to adapt learning experiences, implement developmentally appropriate supports, and meet children where they are.

By integrating STEM focused learning, social emotional development, and inclusive instructional practices, we create an environment where all children can thrive, build confidence, and grow together through shared learning experiences.
